How do I get Started?
We welcome inquiries from all customers, ranging from homeowners needing to install a new septic system, upgrade their existing septic system or convert from cesspool to septic, to contractors completing larger projects.
For homeowners, your first step will be to contact an engineer who will design a septic system for your property. Your engineer will ensure that the design meets necessary State and County requirements. We do not provide advice on septic system design or materials.

Before you order, please consult with your engineer and installer to get a complete list of items and quantities required.
Once you have your plans in hand, you will want to consult with a contractor/septic system installer to install your septic system. According to the DOH, a wastewater system must be installed by a licensed contractor holding an A, C-37, C-37a or C-43 license.

We ask that you consult with your engineer and installer to get a complete list of items and quantities required before you place your order. We do not provide guidance or advice on what items and quantities your unique septic system requires. Although we are often able to fulfill orders within a week, we recommend placing your order as far in advance as possible. We strive to keep all products in stock at all times, but availability depends on several factors, and there are occasions when there may be a wait time of several weeks. Beginning in 2020, our shipping container orders from the mainland have taken up to 6 months to be fulfilled and delivered, so please plan accordingly. For special orders, we require a 50% deposit to secure your order. Please allow as much lead time as possible as the product or configuration may be something we don't ordinarily offer.
Our products must all be picked up from our Kapa'a warehouse. Payment must be received at the time of pickup, or prior to pickup. We accept cash, checks or credit cards. We can email an invoice ahead of time, from which you can make a credit card payment via a secure online transaction. What are your prices?

Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We will accept all products for return/exchange for 30 days after purchase, except for special orders/custom made products. After 30 days, we will consider a return/exchange on a case-by-case basis, and returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All products (including packaging) to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in the same condition as when they were picked up from our Kapa'a warehouse. Special orders and custom made products will not be accepted for return/exchange, including cut septic tank riser pipe, grease interceptors, water tanks, 2,000 gallon septic tanks, and other products not listed on our website.
